How do I pair my Keypad+ unit with my iOS device?

To pair your Keypad+ unit with your iOS device just follow these simple steps:

*Please note for some iOS versions, you will need to allow Keypad+ app access to Bluetooth.  If this was not allowed when downloading the app please go to settings, select Keypad+ and enable this function here.*

1. Make sure Bluetooth on your smartphone is turned on.

2. Open the Keypad+ app and click on the 'Keypad+' button.

3. Click on the power icon, then go to the ‘Connecting Your Device’ page and select ‘Scan Now’.

4. Select your Keypad+ serial number. This can be found on the front of your Keypad+ unit.

5. A pairing message will appear on-screen. Enter the 6-digit code followed by the hash key (#) into your Keypad+ unit.

6. Your Keypad+ unit should now be paired with your smartphone.
